Twisted Sister have officially confirmed the Twisted Sister 2026 tour, expanding their return with additional fall dates featuring Sebastian Bach on lead vocals. The new itinerary gives fans more chances to see the hard-rock veterans revisit their anthems with a revamped lineup.

The Twisted Sister tour now includes nine North American dates, stretching from early September through mid-December. Newly added shows will take the band to Gary, Indiana; Charles Town, West Virginia; and St. Petersburg, Florida.
Sebastian Bach stepped in after longtime frontman Dee Snider withdrew from the planned 50th anniversary reunion because of health concerns. Snider has publicly supported Bach’s role with the band, giving the former Skid Row singer his blessing to carry the songs forward.
The current lineup features Bach with guitarists Eddie Ojeda and Jay Jay French, bassist Russell Pzutto, and drummer Joe “Seven” Franco. Rockett Mafia, the ’70s and ’80s cover band led by Poison drummer Ricki Rockett, will support the fall concerts.
